Reputation

How Reputation works in ranked Heroes of Crypto: the score from 0 to 100, its bands, what raises and lowers it, reports, and what a Restricted score closes.

Reputation rewards seeing ranked matches through. Everything that raises or lowers it, and everything a low score closes, is on this page.

What Reputation is

Reputation is a score from 0 to 100 that shows how reliably you play ranked. Your profile shows your number, your band and every change with its reason. Everyone starts at 50.

Bands

  • Honorable, 80–100: everything is open, and your public profile shows an Honorable badge.
  • Good, 60–79: everything is open.
  • Probation, 40–59: everything is open.
  • Restricted, 0–39: no wagers, no prediction bets, and arena chat is read-only.
  • “New” shows for your first 10 ranked matches.

What raises it

Your own profile shows what each of these was worth for you.

  • Every finished or conceded ranked match, up to a daily limit.
  • Each week your account exists, for its first weeks.
  • A confirmed email address.
  • Signing in with Google.
  • A linked wallet with at least 90 days of on-chain history.

What lowers it

Abandoning a ranked match costs far more than any single match can give back.

  • Abandoning a ranked match. The points come back if an appeal forgives it.
  • Playing fewer than 60% of your own turns in a match.
  • Not confirming a found match in time.
  • Match data supporting a report against you, or 3 different players reporting you within 30 days. The points come back if the review finds nothing.
  • A report against you being upheld.
  • Confirmed AI assistance holds your Reputation inside Restricted.
  • Confirmed win trading or multi-accounting empties it on every linked account.
  • Conceding never costs Reputation.

What it never changes

Reputation never changes how much rating (MMR) or gold a win gives, and it never decides a prize.

Reports

  • Only your opponent can report you, once per ranked match, from the results screen, and each player can send up to 5 reports a day.
  • A report never locks or penalises anyone on its own: a person reviews it with the match's data.
  • If we act on your report, you get a notification. We don't share the details.
  • If 5 of your reports in 30 days are found to have no basis, your reports count for nothing for the next 30 days, and we tell you.

Accounts on the same device

  • Accounts that sign in on the same device never meet in ranked matchmaking and can't place prediction bets on each other's matches.
  • Sharing a network, like home Wi-Fi, a dorm or a café, never blocks anything.

What we look at

We look at match data to find multi-accounting, win trading and AI assistance. We don't publish the exact signals, because that would help cheaters avoid them. They only start a review: a person makes every decision, tells you why, and you can appeal.
